Where are you based?
We are based in the West Midlands and cover surrounding areas. Please let us know where you are located when you enquire. 

Do you charge for delivery? 
We offer free delivery within a radius of 20 miles. Delivery charges may apply beyond the 20 mile radius and can be discussed directly. 

How much space do I need in my garden?
For our Igloo’s you will need a flat surface of 3.7meters. If on a patio or decking, please make sure it is cleared and swept for optimal set up. 

What size are your igloos?
Our igloos are 3.6 metres and 2.2 metres high and are completely weatherproof.

What about weather conditions?
Our igloos are extremely durable and are superb through cold weather.  The only time that our igloos are not recommended, is when there are severe high winds.

What about COVID restrictions?
All contents inside and outside our igloo are washed/ disinfected thoroughly before our next install. 

Our team also wear PPE upon delivery, setup and collection. 

How are you contactless?
We will not enter your home; we ask that you have suitable access to your garden/we will need garden access through a side gate or garage. 

Will you need my help?
No, not all. Due to COVID restrictions, we will just need you to plug in our extension lead and/or ethernet cable to your router (home cinema only), in order to provide power and internet to your Igloo! 

Can I hire a hot tub without an Igloo? 
Yes! If we have your requested date available, we can offer a hot tub service without an Igloo. We require a 2x2 metre flat area surface. 

How long do your hot tubs take to fill?
This can be dependent on your water pressure, however, fill up time is generally 1-1 ½ hours. Our team will install and guide you through the controls to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 

The hot tub is filled from your water supply (hose or indoor tap). This can be either hot or cold water. We recommend filling from your hot water tap, so that the tub is ready for immediate use.

We also recommend that all our clients send us a photo of your tap to ensure compatibility with our equipment before your booking. 

What if I can only use my cold water tap to fill the hot tub?
If you use your cold water tap, the warming time can be up to 12hours.  Once fully ready the maximum temperature is 40 degrees, with 36-38 degrees being the most comfortable.

How do I make a payment?
All deposits and payments are paid via a secure payment link sent to you email address, along with a booking invoice. 
 
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a £75 deposit to secure your Igloo booking on your chosen date. All bookings are subject to availability, terms and conditions apply. 

What happens after I have paid my deposit?
Once we have received your deposit, you will receive a copy of our full Terms and Conditions, along with your booking confirmation, receipt and a chance to discuss optional extras.

A member of our team will contact you 48 hours before your chosen date to confirm and arrange full payment. Upon payment you will receive your set up time (this is most likely to between the hours of 8-1). 

When will my Igloo be delivered and collected?
You will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm your delivery slot. We ask that someone be present at the time of delivery and collection.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are full insured with up to £2million Public liability cover. 

What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you chose to cancel your booking with us, you must do so 7 days prior your booking date to receive a refund of full deposit. 

If you wish to change the date of your booking during the period between booking and 7 days prior to before your booking, we will make every effort to do so, subject to availability. 

Cancellation within 7 days of your booking will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 

Who is liable for any damages?
We ask our clients to please ensure that while enjoying your igloo experience, that you take care and look after our equipment during the hire period. 

As per our Agreement, the hirer will be held liable for any damages caused during the hire. Please read our full Terms & Conditions which you will receive upon conformation booking. We ask that you read thoroughly to avoid any uncertainty.
